Triggering Organizational Change: Case Study of a Typical Preschool Environment
Abstract
This paper presents a unique perspective on the application of two recognized models for organizational change to a preschool environment as a strategy for competitive marketing of its services. The aims of this study were to highlight the main challenge facing a typical preschool in Guyana, diagnose the problem confronting that organization and trigger a solution for change applicable to that organization. The study was conducted at Merry Land Preschool (pseudonym given).
