Abstract

We investigated the gene expression profiles in the peripheral blood of pregnant women with severe preeclampsia. Ten women with uncomplicated pregnancies were recruited to match 10 patients with severe preeclampsia. Codelink Human Whole Genome 55K chip platform(GE Healthcare, USA) was used for microarray analysis.
