Milk samples were scanned by ICP-AES Method at SAIF IITB Mumbai for identification of various elements. From the scanned report of the milk samples & considering there nutritional value, there toxicity, some elements were quantitatively analyzed. The selected elements like Cu, Zn, Fe, Pb, Mn, Cr, Ni, Ba, Sr, B, Al, S and Si were determined by (ICPAES) Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy.
