A RARE CASE OF TURNER SYNDROME PRESENTING WITH PRIMARY AMENORRHEA: A CASE REPORT AND LITERATURE REVIEW
Turner Syndrome is one of the important chromosomal disorders characterized by loss (total or part) of sex chromosome. Here we report a 19 years old female who consulted for primary amenorrhea. The patient presents a normal stature; poorly developed secondary sexual characters. Abdomen ultrasound, revealed streak gonads with small atrophic uterus.
